Grant's Page

Grant Crosslin is a native of Chicago. He moved to Dallas 3 years ago to escape the violence of the streets after his life was almost ended after being shot with an AK-47 in a drive by shooting. Trying to get his life straight, he set out to try his hand at stand up comedy after entertaining people and making them laugh throughout his life. He has performed at the Improv in Dallas, Sankofa in Dallas, Hyena’s in Arlington, TX, and the Backdoor Comedy Club in Dallas, and has shared the stage with MoZan, Marvin Michaels, Joel “Junebug” Runnels, Rickey Smiley, J Anthony Brown, Hope Flood, D Ellis, Shucky Ducky and Quinn Hudson, all seen on B.E.T. Comic View, as well as local favorites Q and Rock Baby. His prank call contributions can be heard frequently on the Rickey Smiley Morning Show.
